1. Bring your own experiences, issues and problems as a case study for the group. And bring your success stories.
2. Learn how the highest performing teams implement Scrum.
3. Understand how Lean practices can be used to optimize Scrum performance.
4. At the conclusion of the course, you should be able to write a Certified Scrum Practitioner
application that would be accepted by the Scrum Alliance review team.
Those with a meaningful introduction to Scrum and at least some real-world experience with it. Usually will already have a CSM. The basics of Scrum will not be covered (although some basics will probably be repeated). CSPs, CSCs and CSTs should also be able to learn from this course.
Assumptions: We generally will assume that you are using some combination of Scrum, Agile principles and practices, XP and Lean. We will also address situations where some of you are not using some of these.
Participants are expected to identify which areas they are most interested in when registering. Change, discovery and learning are also expected up to and including the dates of the course. The group will also inspect and adapt.
It is NOT expected that all these topics can be addressed in each class, but many will be.
We will have an adaptive curriculum; each course will be adjusted to the needs of its attendees. The attendees will be expected to activity participate in describing possible solutions to the problems and questions asked. No perfect answers are expected.

The course fee is $1,500. There is an early registration discount until April 21st, bringing the price to $1,300. After April 21st, there will be discounts for groups, and special situations.
